  1. How can I update my phone number or email address?

Some of the profile fields are locked and cannot be changed or updated by the students. Please send an e-mail to info@gogodriving.com.

  1. I can’t see the next button is active. Why is that?

  1. I’m failed the quiz/exam. What will I do?

No worries. You have unlimited attempts to pass the quiz/exams until you get 70 over 100.

  1. How much time do I have to complete the course?

 You have 1 year to complete the course after registration. You will also be able to access the course even after completion. You may want to review and refresh your knowledge within this period.

  1. Can I use my smartphone to study?

Absolutely you can. But we recommend using a laptop, a desktop, or at least a tablet to view all the content on a big screen.

  1. Should I download an app to study on my smartphone?

Our App for the mobile phone is coming soon. Currently, you can access the course on a mobile phone by using your browser (chrome, safari, etc.).

  1. What will I do if I fail the login attempts?

You have 3 attempts to authenticate your ID at log in. If you fail, your account will be locked and you will receive an email including an URL to unlock your account. Or, you may send an e-mail to admin@gogodriving.com to request unlocking.

  1. What will I do if I forget my user name or password?

You may click on "Forgotten your username or password" link at login page. Or, you may send an e-mail to admin@gogodriving.com to request resetting your password.
